You wake up in a sterile room. No windows. No doors. Just the voice of someone named Dr. Avari welcoming you to your "healing process." You're not here for punishment. You're here for progress. At least, that's what they tell you.

Smile Protocol is a first-person psychological horror game focused on survival, stealth, and cooperation. You are one of many test subjects forced to participate in behavioral "Procedures" — experiments disguised as therapy, masked with smiles, and enforced by creatures that used to be human. If you make a sound, they’ll hear. If you don’t follow protocol, they’ll come. And if you forget to smile... well, that’s not allowed.

You and up to three others must:

• Sneak past patrolling nurses with disturbingly cheerful expressions.

• Complete objectives before time — and your sanity — runs out.

• Use tools to escape restraints, revive teammates, and distract enemies.

• Avoid the sound of ticking clocks and ringing alarms. They draw something worse.

Every trial is a test. Every test is a trap. The deeper you go, the more you’ll question what’s real — and whether you were ever meant to leave.
